WI State BBQ Championship Competition

Admission to the festival grounds is $10/per person for 1 day or $15/per person for the weekend.  Those 2 & under are FREE. Admission includes:

  •     Robinson Paddling Porkers
  •     Buffalo Bill's Wild West Encampment
  •     Mechanical Bull
  •     Inflatable Village
  •     Western Photos
  •     Watch Bands in Main Tent
  •     Get to Concessions in Main Tent

  •    Watch Chicken Wing Eating Contest

There will also be random door prize drawings with admissions for $2,500 in gift cards.

What is KCBS
Kansas City BBQ Society is an organization dedicated to promoting & enjoying BBQ.  They sanction contests around the U.S.

Eating at Dells BBQ Bash
There will be a concession stand with food to purchase consisting of:  Ribs, Pulled Chicken, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Hot Dogs, Cowboy Beans & Chips.   And don't forget drinks: soda, beer & alcoholic beverages, see the full list & prices under vendors.

The BBQ teams are competing, not serving, their BBQ.

Competition & Judging

Teams compete in Beef Brisket, Pork, Chicken & Ribs.  The contest is judged by a panel of Certified BBQ Judges.  A team must enter all categories to be crowned Grand Champion!

Award Ceremony 
$10,000 in cash prizes will be awarded at the 2010 Dells BBQ Bash.  Award Ceremony will be on Saturday at 5pm in the Main Tent.

 Entries will be accepted May 22, 2010 from 10am-5pm at Information Booth at Dells BBQ Bash.  Entries must have valid e-mail address.  Must be present to win & 18 years old.  Drawing will be held at 5:30pm in the Main Tent.
